  1. JUICE (add to) TO DETOXIFY: Spirulina is a single-celled, linear, spiral-shaped blue-green algae belonging to the cyanobacteria. The blue-green color of spirulina comes from substance phycocyanin. There are a total of 35 different species of spirulina and the most widely used and studied is Spirulina platensis. Spirulina has an incredible ability to survive in environments that are too harsh for other algae. Its cell walls are not made up of cellulose as in other algae, but by a soft cell wall made up of complex sugars and proteins.

After the algae grown in large ponds, the algae is pumped up and sieved into fine mesh nets. Then wash and rinse spirulina several times before the spirulina powder is obtained by a careful drying process. We have now purified the spirulina in the form of a powder that can be used directly. It can also be compressed into spirulina tablets for ease of use.

    Spirulina Benefits

Spirulina has been shown to be effective against several cancers in experimental models. A study has shown significant regression of oral cancer in humans. It is the phycocyanin in spirulina has the anti-cancer effect. A recent study shows that the phycocyanin kills blood cancer cells through the so-called programmed cell death.

Spirulina provides more stamina, strength, better nutrient absorption and is perfect and safe for children and pregnant women. A decent amount of research has been done on the health benefits of spirulina powder, and it seems to support many of the health benefits as their supporters claim.

    Spirulina Powder

Spirulina powder is approved by both the FDA and WHO as healthy food. Spirulina has blood glucose lowering effect. A study in people with type 2 diabetes showed that spirulina lowered blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c, which is a measure of sugar control over several weeks. Another study in diabetic patients showed that spirulina with zinc can positively affect the blood glucose level and lowering harmful blood fats.

    Spirulina Powder Benefits

Spirulina powder is very popular among athletes and bodybuilders. The rich supply of bioavailable iron makes spirulina is often recommended to pregnant and lactating women. Spirulina health effects include immune system enhancement, anti-viral and cancer protective effect, reducing the harmful blood fats, reducing the toxicity of heavy metals and radiation protective effect.

In summary, there are many interesting health benefits of spirulina powder. Spirulina powder can be added to fruit or vegetable juices to make it more nutritious. It is tasty in soups, salads, pasta or mixed with yogurt. Spirulina powder and other spirulina products are used widely in many countries. This is the second way to stimulate blood

  3. HERB:Garlic, helps to fortify the immune system and supports circulation in the body. Available fresh, cooked, juiced, or in capsule form, ingesting large amounts of this daily will help reduce the instances of mosquitoes biting while in Ghana. For overall health, I recommend that you consume at least a clove of garlic each day. Studies suggest that you can get similar benefits from cooked garlic -- if you first let it sit out a while after peeling. When garlic is peeled an enzyme called allinase begins a series of chemical reactions that create beneficial health effects. If you take garlic extract in liquid form, a recommended serving is 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon mixed with fruit or vegetable juice, twice daily with meals. As for garlic capsules, take 1 to 3 capsules daily, depending on your level of free-radical exposure

  4. SPICE: Garlic is also used as a spice, a perennial bulb found to grow throughout the world. Must have cool temperatures during its early growth period, but is not effected by heat in the latter stages. Plant plump side down in full sun and well worked soil that drains well and is high in organic matter. Mature plants take 90 days
    from planting.
